Mmm...I love baked ziti, don't know why I've never made it. I bet the kids would like it, too. Gotta make that soon:) Do you have a fave recipe?

Lora,
I make my spaghetti sauce just like I would for spaghetti (1 can of Hunts Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce, 1 pack of McCormick Thick & Zesty spaghetti sauce mix, 1 lb. hamburger meat). Boil ziti noodles, drain and mix noodles with the sauce. Pour this in a 9x13 pan, top with shredded cheese. When I have some on hand I'll add some pepperoni over the cheese. Then I just pop that in the oven and let the cheese melt and the pepperoni crisp up.

I hope this condensed version makes sense!
