....or you'll pass right by it. Summer, that is.
Yep, it's true. It is now the tail-end of August and summer is slowly fading away. I keep asking myself where it's gone, but just like the small, sleepy Southern town that passes in the blink of an eye, summer has disappeared!
The children are all in school again. New classes, teachers and friends becoming a second home in some ways. I am back in school as well and a second home is a good way to describe the increased amount of time I will be spending at my school. This end of this semester should find our family with more patience, teamwork and maturity than we had at the start.
Summer may have slipped through our fingers like sand, but the memories of these last two months spent all together will be forever imprinted in our minds.

Hey Lora! Yes, I'm back LOL. I really intended to post during the summer, but we seemed to be so busy that the summer just flew by! So, I didn't get most of the things that were on my to-do list done, but we did have a very fun summer.
Welcomd back! Sounds like you had a good summer -- especially if you have great memories to take away with you. Good luck in this next school year!
